This Privacy Policy explains how Rainspire Studios LLC (“Rainspire Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Cross The Line (the “Game”), our social party game available on iOS and Android with online multiplayer. By playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

- We don't require you to create an account.
- We don't use third-party advertising, and we don't use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs to profile you.
- Cross The Line has online multiplayer — the display name and in-game answers you choose are shared with the other players in your session. That's how the game works.
- In-app purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never receive your full payment details.
- The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older.
- We don't sell your personal information.
1. Information we handle
Information you provide
- A display name or nickname you enter to play online multiplayer.
- In-game content — the answers, guesses, and choices you make during play. Because Cross The Line is a social guessing game, this content is shared with the other players in your game session.
Information processed automatically
- To enable online multiplayer, basic technical and connection information (such as your device's IP address and session/connection data) is processed to connect you with other players and run the match.
- Limited device information needed for the Game to run correctly on your device.
Purchases
If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies. We may receive confirmation that a purchase occurred (for example, what was bought), but we do not receive or store your full payment card or banking details.

3. How we use information
- To operate the Game, including matchmaking and running online multiplayer sessions.

- With other players: your display name and in-game answers are visible to other players in your session.
- Service providers: companies that help us run the Game (such as cloud hosting and multiplayer networking infrastructure) process data on our behalf only to provide those services.

5. Data retention
Multiplayer session information is used to run live matches and is not used to build long-term profiles of you. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the Game. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
Cross The Line is intended for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@rainspirestudios.com and we will take steps to delete it.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA and UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we collect very little and don't maintain player accounts, the data we actually hold about you may be limited. To make a request, contact us at support@rainspirestudios.com.
You can also manage purchases and device permissions through your device settings and your App Store or Google Play account.
9. International users
Rainspire Studios LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Game from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
